Relevant Building Surveyor Transfer of Functions

Please be advised that due to changing industry procedures, CODEHQ Pty Ltd will now operate under a Corporate Registration (CBS-U 71338). This administrative change will not impact your Building Permit or ongoing construction works.

Pursuant to Section 80C of the Building Act 1993, a Private Building Surveyor (PBS) may transfer their appointment to a Corporate Registration with the consent of the person/s who appointed the original PBS. Please find the below form requesting the transfer of Building Surveyor registration from the original individual Building Surveyor to our Corporate Registration.

By filling out and submitting the below Transfer Form, you declare that you are the person that appointed the original Building Surveyor, OR you have the authorisation to act on that person's behalf. You also consent to the transfer of the appointment from the current Relevant Building Surveyor for the building works at your property to CODEHQ Pty Ltd’s corporate practitioner registration CBS-U 71338.
