Applying for a Victorian Liquor License for your venue and need a Maximum Patron Capacity Report? You're in luck! In order to apply for a new license or transfer an existing license, the VCGLR requires the applicant to provide evidence of patron capacity. As Building Surveyors, we can prepare this report. A member of our staff will visit the site to measure the floor area and exit widths, check number of toilet facilities among other things. These measurements will then allow us to calculate the maximum number of patrons allowable.
